Tang Center Health Clearance Instructions
If you are nominated or accepted to a UCEAP program and you are currently enrolled as a UC Berkeley student, please start the health clearance process outlined below 6-8 weeks prior to your program's deadline (listed in your UCEAP Predeparture Requirements). The Tang Center is unable to process health clearances for students who are not currently enrolled as UC Berkeley students.
If you will be unable to meet your UCEAP health clearance deadline or deadline for any health forms for your program, it is your responsibility to contact your UCEAP Program Specialist as soon as possible to request an extension. The Tang Center may not be able to expedite processing for your clearance or health forms if you started this process less than 6 weeks ahead of your deadline.
