“The natural wonders of Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia were certainly beautiful to behold. Taking a bus ride from Croatia’s capital, Zagrab, I was ready to spend the whole day exploring the large national park. I will never forget the awe and exhilaration I felt stumbling across all those spectacular waterfalls, hearing the leaves on the trees rustle softly in the cool wind, and riding the ferry across the turquoise blue waters.”
