Being Black Abroad

This workshop & student panel will give you tools on how to figure out where you want to Study Abroad and whether or not you will be able to find a sense of belonging there as a Black person abroad. It will feature tools on how to research locations and navigate safety considering your social identities. It will also touch on the application process including upcoming study abroad deadlines for (Spring 2027 programs). Finally, you’ll gain insight on different options for paying for a study abroad trip.
