Transfer students admitted after Fall 2006 must declare during their first semester. All other students admitted after Fall 2004 must declare before they reach 80 units, including coursework in progress. Students must apply to the major during the first four weeks of the semester when they are completing the prerequisite courses. Applications are taken during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. 2. Does the Undergraduate Adviser (staff) sign the Education Abroad Program academic planning form, or must a faculty adviser (professor) sign? Yes, the Undergraduate Advisor signs the EAP forms. 3. If so, do they need to bring a transcript or any other supplemental materials with them to their appointment? No appointment is necessary. Students should bring with them the course descriptions for any courses they wish to apply to the major.
